Could Changing My Ecu Stuff Up My Power Steering?

I have recently installed an Apexi PFC idont have a tune yet,

i have noticed that sometimes when i turn my car on the power steering doesnt work. i turn the car off n on again and shes fine..

any ideas?

CHeck the pressure switch is working correctley, i find when guys to auto to manual swaps it is often left disconnected. I have also have damaged PFC's do the same thing, i have had to hard wire the pwr str sensor.
