Rb20det Not Firing Into Life Help

Can any one tell me how to set the CAS crank angle sensor in the right position? I dont know why is isn't firing.. I have checked, fuel, pump, spark, plugs and it is getting them all.. it run befor I took it apart! I think it may have some thing to do with the CAS as I took the cam gear cover off to paint it along with all the covers, pipes, new hoses, painted engine bay, turbo, gaskets etc.. I dont think any things in time now any ideas? I have spent hours moving the cas around with no luck not even a back fire wtf???

  Had a productive weekend. Replaced both front hub assemblies. The noise in the cabin is so much quieter now. I have only one corner left to replace now. Its another press in but on the non exhaust side so will be a bit easier than the other rear. Also fit my M Performance alcantara steering wheel trim. It was an impulse buy (and pretty cheap ~$140 delivered) but man I love it. Going to get to Pheasant Wood before the end of the month.
