It looks like a copy of a Top Secret front bar as it looks the same but you have got to side vents and the Top Secret one does not.

and yes its a top secret bar, different from the gtr bar that i think you are thinking of (00)SKYLINE(00) as the gtt top secret bar does indeed have those vents
