S1 Vs S2 Ecu Pinouts

Hi Guys

I recently bought a stagea and have been going nuts investigating stuff.

From what I had seen, there was a S2 ECU pinout available in English and an S1 ECU pinout that was only available in Japanese.

I got the S1 ECU pinout translated to English, and from what I can tell the pinouts are absolutely identical to S2.

Can anyone confirm this one way or the other? It seems like its a bit of a grey area, but i'd like it cleared up

The S1 and S2 ECU pinouts are not identical! I just got the actually Japanese Shop Manuls for my S1 and I'm in the middle of translating. The S2 pinout I'm using is from a copy-written translation of the Japanese S2 manuals. Already I'm seeing pins that are not used on the S1 that are used for the S2 and a few vice versa.

I'll shoot you a copy of my S1 pinout when I'm done.

Hmm. Maybe I have 2 x S1 pinouts from different sources then. Do you want a translated copy of that to use as reference? If so then send me a PM with your email address

I have an R34 translated pinout too, which is probably more like the S2 pinout
