In that thread that "adgey" pointed you towards, there is an active LSD > the tail shaft is different between the two cars.

Horsepower is the same. Cornering through twisties is a little quicker with the VS.

Most cars have some modifications tho' so a non-VS with adjustable coilovers/springs and thus lowered is hardly any different.

But if you find either type in great condition, get it; regardless of whether it's one or the other.
