matty if I do go, it'll be with 1 or 2 others and won't need room for camper trailer...........won't know until it gets closer & won't go if its raining

i'll post and let them know

after chatting with pitbull (one of the guys from the club) i can understand why............he was talkin bout cleanup after muddy track work. Got a bit to look forward to

Yup I'm keen!! Wanted to go to loveday for a little while now. Me and my swag :) Keen as to hit up some mud, if only I had better tires

The Suby wagon that made it back up had welded front and rear diffs and weighed nothing but was prone to regular break downs.

I have a lot of respect for those wagons after seeing a fairly stock one be put through it's paces a little while back

ya want some good tyres, suss mine out (Kelly Safari Trex). Can get ya sick deals on them too :)

Matty I was eventually going to go for either the Mickey Thompson ATZ's (4 rib) or MTZ's

I checked the Trex but they don't look agressive enough to warrant the $$$........how much can you get them for?

I'm currently running 285 x 65 x 17 but will probably have to go 70 series due to availability.

Kelly Tyres

i'll put ya down josh

Unfortunately tires foir the 4x4 arent too high on my priority list at the moment, well behind getting the DR tuned and I cant even afford that at the moment :D

Sounds good Matty....should know closer to the date.....hopefully not raining.

I'm guessing this is the place Loveday 4 X 4 Adventures

Saunders Gorge Sanctuary looks good to Dave and only 75km from Adelaide.

I ain't gonna stick my truck in no creek or mud bath though, lol!!

u ant 4wdin unless its in a mud hole :P

i could check on a price for you for 17s tomorrow

can tell you that the MTZs arent cheap........i can get them for about 350 a pop for 15" (33x12.5x15)

u got ripped off if u pay 350. i paid 310 couple months ago. couple places i went tired to sell me them for that much n told em were to go.

mtz arrr F###in wiked tyres not to loud on the rd an handle bloody orsum. an i throw mine in any mud hole i can find an drive out of it 99% of the time

morgan is a great place to go with a group as u can all spread out an meet up quiet easy an theres sumthin for everyone there. only prob if u get keep in a standard 4bee u will bend side steps etc but heyy thats 4wdin

thanks bud, I'm glad someone appreciates it......not like some fish kid and his goober accountant mate :)

looks hawt with the lift.....they do settle a tad somewhat though and they recommend you check the wheel alignment once again down the track.........I assume your price included an alignment straight after fitment?

they're meant to settle a bit on the inital drive (and i remeasured this morning and they havent moved at all). alignment had to be done straight after as my steering damper had been changed anyway
