Question About Easter Nats Requirement

"All vehicles must be fitted with a 1 litre radiator overflow or water catch bottle and ensure there are no leaks from the rocker covers."

Does this mean that I must have another 1 L container apart from the standard coolant reservior or is the stock one what they mean? and if I do need another one where can i get it from? thanks

stock will be fine. unless its under 1L, but i doubt it.
