Rb25/30 Oil Pressure

I finished building me rb25/30 and put it in my r33gtst. Then i wrote it off by hitting a pole.

So now it resides in a c34 laurel.

My problem is I think I am getting excess oil pressure through the turbo oil drain. I teed into it for the vct oil return.

Is it possible that oil could be filling back up as far as the turbo.

I have a bit of a leek around the bottom of the turbo where the oil drain is fitted and this is the only solution I have.

All help and advice welcome.

(need to get it on the road soon!!!!!!)

Has anyone had any experience of the turbo oil drain filling up to the turbo after teeing the vct return into it!

I am now running a newoil return for the vct into the sump to see if this will solve the problem.

the return can not be higher then the outlet for the oil on the turbo, its gravity fed, ie no pressure just dribbles out, go from the drain on the turbo straight down wards into the sump. rb30 bottom has provisions for it, its a 3/4 tapered thread

could it be the seals in my turbo are gone then as oil starts to smoke around the turbo oil return after a few mind idleing

if its leaking, the excess oil wil start burning on super hot turbo, don't you reckon? between my drain adapter and turbo there is a seal ( i have a 25det turbo ) is that seal there/intact/not rooted? what turbo do you run?
