What Is This? 2 Black Things On Centre Console....

Anyone have any idea what these 2 black things are on my centre console? They seam to be glued on or something... They are not buttons and don't do anything that I can tell. Say Pazio on them.

They were put there by the previous owner so you would put a picture looking down your girlfriends FMFM boots on the internet?

Best suggetion I can come up with is sunglass/glasses holders:

Its an LED dash light...pops open and shines a light onto the dash....I think....
