They are all the same, the later year of car you get meaning its a newer engine (Overall car).

But there were different levels of R32 GTR's.

22nd May 1989 was the release of the R32 GTR (Standard Model)

22nd February 1990 the NISMO Edition was released based on the Standard Model with a Nismo body kit to improve the look, cooling, aerodynamic and down force of the car.

19th July 1991 the R32 GTR N1 was released. N1 = Race Spec engine, which means it was stronger then the standard R32 GTR engine and was more refined + the upgrade of Brembo Brakes.

3rd February 1993 the R32 GTR V-Spec (Victory Specification) was released. Based on the standard model but came with Brembo brakes and a retuned ATTESA E-TS system (Same like the Nismo and N1 R32 GTR's).

Came with 17" BBS wheels with 225/45/17 tyres.

14th February 1994the R32 GTR V-Spec II was relased. Based on the V-Spec but came with wider tyres of a size of 245/45/17.

Whilst building the upper level models, I assume the Base Model was still in production.

There was an update where there were minor mechanical and interior changes. The interior changes are small, like the centre console surround went from smoth finish to rough-style plastic.

I don't know the details of the mechanical changes other than the clutch, but that change occured arround 90/91??
