Ye i know its a sad day when it gets to that level, and the fact that the cops can get away with it.

But as usual, its the minority that have ruined it for the majority over the past 5-8 years. Same as mothers groups are screwing this country's law/policy making

- 120dB exhausts

- Racing each other all day night

- 20 inch wheels on cars that come factory with 15's etc etc

and do you know their response to that when i talked to some of the people in TMU.

because were 'altering the factory status that their perfectly built to and with their body aerodynamics (with wheels) to suit it best bla bla. changing its standards makes it more worse and dangerous. as stupid as it sounds even though we all know that in some cases bigger rims with bigger tyres are alot more useful with grip/handling etc etc.

its a bit sad to see how much they keep changing the laws the last few years.

ive heard so many stories with cops with them doing dodgy shit and getting away with it.. the whole system is just s#!t to me

If you haven't done anything wrong and your not challenging the system, you have accepted the problem, in fact your effectively agreeing you have done something wrong when you pay the fine.

Which is disappointing, start challenging if your getting done on legal mods, if your mods are illegal then you probably need to get rid of them

-Beat all them as the cop was talking out his ass to put it plainly, his "key witness" didn't show to court twice. Furthermore the "key" witness didn't actually see anything by his own statement. Also the officer was not in full attire (no badges, labels, lapels, hats)... just blue shirt/pants. And he was apparently directing traffic while watching me do all the above. Which to add too it, was on the GOR around a blind corner. This was a old koot Lorne cop, been in the force 40 years and was probably due for retirement after he got the above so horridly wrong it wasnt funny.

Driving 110 in a 60 zone

-Had this down graded to 80 in a 60 zone. Officer had no gun, and only 300 meters with which to estimate my speed over. Mathematically the cops were wrong. Sad part is police are "recognised" estimators of speed, so very good lawyer required

There are others, I cant think of them at present. But challenge EVERYTHING. I take no shit, simple as that.

Wish I could find the business card of this lawyer. He is a car nut himself and specialises in defending your defect in court, and he advertises in import car mags. Will post up details when I do.

Not sure if the guy is doing it anymore to be honest. He did open up a car workshop actually (he was a car nut).

So ye ... not sure. Ill find out if he's in the business or not
