VDO Gauges - Can Anyone Get Them Cheap ??

G'day all,

Just wondering if anyone has any 'contacts' to get a VDO gauge any cheaper than the normal retail price.

I'm looking at a VDO EGT gauge in the 52mm black range.

Retail is about the $320 mark I think !!

The VDO EGT tops out at 900c - the Skyline starts at 900c!

This gauge is no good. I suggest a 2nd hand Greddy etc.

i would be interested in prices for VDO gauges (3) that fit in a single DIN slot, saw one for sale on these forums some time back but never saw one like that ever again

VDO makes some good no nonsense gauges.

However some of them are not suited to high performance applications.

I'll have to do some research into exhaust temps..

I've got the same intensions as GODF4Th3R - 3 gauges in the din spot under the stereo. I've already got 2 VDO gauges, hence why I want to stick with VDO.

You can use coloured lamps with the VDO gauges.

Blue, green, orange etc.

I've got two up on the A pillar at the moment, and will be buying another and moving all three down to below the stereo

I'll grab a pic soon and show you, they are the closest factory looking gauge (matches the speedo and tacho etc) that I could find.
