Weird Problem When Lights On

So, was at a redlight today with lights OFF and hicas light came on .. so, no more powersteering .. but tonight, drove the car again .. lights ON and hicas is fine. If I turn the lights off, hicas light goes on again. It's weird cause the climate control turns off when my light are off and turns on when my lights are on.. just like the hicas light

So ..

lights on = NO hicas light, and working climate control

lights off = Hicas light on and no climate control

Any info on this ?

Could be alternator, is it an R32?

R33, alternator/battery light is off so .. I don't know. I really have no clue

.. now .. climate control NEVER works and hicas light always on. Tested the battery, 12.5V when engine off .. 14.5 V when car's running.
