R33 Wont Start

Im returning my r33 to sandard to pass a roadworthy, I think its a serries 1 or 2 [its a 95] and a gtst, among other things i have put on standard engine loom, ecu and injectors, i know these parts are from a serries 2 and with abs i think. judgeing by left over wiring that would normally go to abs modual and abs ecu. it does not start and it does not have spark or fuel.

my question is does intermatching different serries and auto manual and abs non abs stop it from starting and is there a way i can tell what is what by the numbers on the ecu??

problem solved was cam angle sensor for some reason.
