Setting Acuators For Equal Boost

hey there im in need of some advice, to cut a long story short, fitted some hks 2530s to my gtr only to realise once i had completed the job the acuators were the standard gtr ones that some moron has butcherd and welded thread to make them adjustable, like the hks ones!

the problem is the turbos are not boosting eqauly, and its dosing and doing stupid things when it comes onto boost,

How do i set them up so they boost equaly? i was thinking of using a boost gauge (T) into the acuator line and bringing the pressure up to around 12 psi and making sure the gates are open the same amount but this still will only be guess work , is there a simpler way that i dont know of ?

any help or info would be greatly appreciated as i dont want to be trying to change the acuators with the turbos on the car,

YOu culd try to equalise the preload, or as you say, slowly increase the air pressure with an air compressor, and watch the movement.
