I have a noise coming from the front right of my GTR which is progressively getting louder.

It is a constant whirring noise which kind of sounds like tyre noise.

One person thinks the CV Joint because it is also clicking and another thinks the strut is bent or tyre camber is out and another says it might be the front right bearing.

When I swerve the car to the left or turn left, the noise disapears, but not when i swerve right.

Does anyone have any idea what I could actually be????

Thanks,

Billy

I ended up being the wheel bearing, have now got both the front wheel bearings replaced, big job!

I too have a similar problem

I get a grumbling, vibration at any speed between 100km -110kmh and it happens mainly on deceleration with clutch engaged and disengaged.

I narrowed it down to wheel bearings, but I don't know which one it is....

I jacked up the car to check for play in the left side wheels, because that's where the noise is coming from, wondering if I need to pull off the rotors to check for play.
