R32 Gtst Problems

My factory r32 gtst doesnt have smooth accleration if the car is cold its alot worse it kind of holds back and then goes then holds back and is really jerky and lacks abit of power.

I notice it when car is cold or if have foot flat acclerating,

i thought maybe the AFM?? but got told you can hardly boost at all when the afm is stuffed

WHAT I HAVE TRIED:

i had a bad coil so i got some new ones and they tips all look ok now. stil have 5 spares

got 6x new iridium spark plugs

Ran injector cleaner though it and a full tank of 98 gas

took the afm out and cleaned it with electrical contact cleaner

checked hoses for leaks or cracks and cant see anything

cleaned aac valve

reset ECU

Any ideas? whats wrong what can i try?

for starters DO NOT give your car a boot full when its cold man, you gotta let it warm up first. as for the coils, did you only change the one that looked f**k? if thats the case change them all not just the one.
