Hello all! Yep i'm a noob here... I love the forum, I love the Skylines! Unfortunately we can't import any Skylines over here in Canada yet.. Only next year we'll be able to import 89 R32 because we can import only 15 years + models. So i'll have to wait a long time for the R34 lol!!

Anyways, i drive a 240sx (Silvia or 200sx in Australia I think) with SR engine in it... it's gold but I gotta repaint it shortly. I found a picture of a gold R34 and i'd like to find the color code. Since we don't have Skylines over here no dealer can help me and i've done some research here and there and it's the first only Skyline forum that I've found.

I thought it was a Nur Spec or M-Spec color at first... but it seems that the Nur Spec is more bronzish than the one I found....

Anyways and help is very very welcomed.

MC

Here's the color codes for the R34 GTR range. I'm pretty sure it's complete - the only color not listed is Millenium Jade, which I think was available on the R34 GTR M spec.

TV2 : Bayside Blue

QM1 : White

KR4 : Sonic Silver

KV2 : Athlete Silver

GV1 : Black Pearl

AR2 : Active Red

EV1 : Lightning Yellow

LV4 : Midnight Purple II

LX0 : Midnight Purple III

WV2 : Sparkling Silver

QX1 : White Pearl

EY0 : Silica Breath (quite not sure about spelling)

That gold color definitely looks like a respray...

    • I spent the entire of the long weekend going through my garage and I'm now, after 3.5yrs in this house, able to fit a car in. The garage is quite long and the back half has a high enough ceiling for a 2 post lift but it's going to just take too much space and I don't think I'd be able to get around the car if it was in the air. So, in comes the quick lift. It looks perfect. High enough to do most things, I reckon even getting a gearbox out would be doable.  Does anybody here have one? They're fairly cheap (~$3k) considering...  https://www.dtmtrading.com.au/product/quick-lift-portable-vehicle-hoist-3500-kg-worksafe-approved/ I'm also a bit of a non risk taker so I'd probably still use stands when under!
    • Well now we all see it! I did the same. Then cut it out. Then melted half of it. Then discarded it entirely. So... you're in good company.
    • I just replaced the god awful, sagging, crunchy bonnet insulation. It's something nobody but I see but it's been at me for a while.
    • yeah the south island is stunning, the wifes family is from the west coast down there so we were down there for christmas.   a high 10 would be a stretch but hilarious if it happened. fourth gear is its party gear, i don't have traction to throw more at it at lower speeds. I've found passengers don't think its that fast, i think it's because it has a digital dash so they can't see the needle move so they have no sense of speed
    • You have (externally anyway) a lot of patience!  At the very least your patience has rewarded you financially even if you decided you were over it!! I only just read your first experience of seeing the car, that would have been amazing!  Well documented too! It must be exciting knowing there's only 10 months left until you can get it on a boat and on it's way!!!???
