Hi Guys,

This is Vin from Sydney and a proud new owner of a Stagea M35 ARX and I have to say (on the risk of sounding like I'm suckin up) that this place have some of the best and most helpful bunch of people! I went in to buy a 350GT from an importer and was introduced to a Stagea. I had no idea about it but by the time I went back to look at it the second time I was a part expert thanks to some of the threads I read here. A big thanks to all the Stagea guys who helped me out without even knowing about it. Looking forward to exploring and contributing as much as I can!

Hiya Vin,

Welcome & congrats!

I like your words, "exploring and contributing"! There's a couple of Stageas going on the Cruise this Sunday from the Penrith Regatta Centre to Mt Wilson.

      Need this stuff gone, prices reduced. Series 1 RB25DET 5 speed gearbox, push type, 1st and 2nd gear syncros worn, may need bearings. Comes with quick shift, Tomei gear knob, release fork, bearing carrier, master and slave cylinder. $480. Cusco Super Single clutch,assembly, 225mm, used, comes with a Direct Clutch solid centre 5 puck ceramic clutch plate. $190. RB26 cams used, excellent condition. $190. HDI GT2 intercooler, excellent condition, has 3 inch piping welded to inlet and outlet. $190. All items located in South Eastern Melbourne. Please PM me if interested.

      The easiest option might be to just spray a bunch of fish oil in there.  At least that way you can feel like you've done something while you continue to ignore it

      I'm firmly on the "zero compliance is good compliance" for FUCAs. I'd be looking to solid metal joints even if the primary reason for having them is because they facilitate the twist in the arm. I have never been more happy with the way the front suspension behaves than I have since I got rid of the FUCA bushes. Even the thin little (short lived) poly bushes in the Whiteline adjustables have too much compliance for my liking. It probably won't be long before I have sphericals nearly everywhere, probably including both top and bottom arms in the rear, and I'll start complaining about the increased costs for dental work. But I will be enjoying the driving more, I'm sure.

      I have offset Nismo brackets so the fact the gktechs can pivot is less important to me. I have 170mm JIC arms with bushings - but they provide no adjustment and I'm not sure whiteline eccentric bushings will fit them (I don't want to ruin the bushings currently in them to find out). Ideally I want something with bushings + adjustment; hence why I'd like to find a pair of these. Unfortunately they aren't easy to find.
