Clutch Problem?

hi guys i have a problem with my clutch i think. or it maybe something else, can someone give me their opinions?

to start off, i just had my clutch replaced by creatd motorsports in melbourne. he put in a m-spec heavy duty clutch. i have been driving fine till today when i serviced the car.

and then what happened is i took off in first, down the street, and then gave a bit a gas and everything seemed to be fine,

till i go to a stop light, thats when i couldent put it into gear. i finally did get it into gear, but there was a grinding noisee comming from the clutch area (it was as if the clutch wasnt disengaging properly but once on roll it was fine). and its still the same now when i try to take off.

any help would be appriciated.

sorry i forgot to say the car is a r34 gtt skyline and cluctch was replaced not more than a month ago
