A Week In Sydney

I was actually at the Albion last Friday night, have been there on a number of occasions (both at night and during lunch hours when I used to work down the road), and I've never seen or encountered any trouble. There are MUCH worse places to go to in Parramatta, that's for sure. The Roxy is an AWESOME venue let down by both its staff and the regular clientele. (I couldn't tell you what their events are like because I haven't been to one there in years, but the place itself is great - such a waste of a good venue, going by my last experience there.)

I don't see the problem with Parramatta any more than I would anywhere else where you'd encounter d*ckheads. Maybe it's the fact that I've lived around the area since the day I was born - in fact, I've ALWAYS lived in a suburb within Parramatta council.

If you're working in Parramatta, I don't get why your company is setting you up with accommodation in the city. Yep, nightly entertainment would be better in the city, but they didn't send you there to party, did they?
