Do I Rip The Head Off

Hi guys got myself a 26 the otherday knew the front turbo was stuffed as it is siezed, took both off and the rear turbo dont look too good. Pic below

Now the question is do i take the head off to make sure nothing has gone into the motor?

motor's not in the car right? Its always worth pulling off the head and sump to check it out. Personally I would get clearances checked and chuck in new rings and bearings too but I guess that depends what you want to do with it
