Hey guys a mate of mine is going to put a set of type r integra extractors on my civic (hatch), he advanced the timing by 2 degree's and is going to fit a custom air filter for me, all this for $200 including price of extractors. What sort of an increase can i expect from my little piece of crap? 5-7 kw?

any info would be appreciated!

PS: I'm not sure it will fit entirely depending on what engine you have, assuming if his is the B18 Type-R
