A friends registration has been in cancelled (deregistered because of unpaid fines ) in Victoria and his lawyer cannot get it reinstated until the Applications go through the Courts which could take another 8 months!!

The car cannot be driven because it is deregistered and is not covered by insurance.

This is all so new because the Police have not stopped the payment of registration before because of outstanding fines.

Can he get it registered interstate? Would NSW know about the outstanding fines or would they even care.

The car is deregistered as far as they are concerned and could he be able to register it in NSW using his girlfriends property address.

What do you think?

Greg, a couple of Qs...

Does your 'friend' owe you money?

Would you lend him some money if he asked for it?

Does your 'friend' value money over friendship?

Why are you acting on his behalf to get around the law by picking our brains?

Did you know that your friend owes us money because we're taxpayers?
