Don't ever take your car to JV Crash

i just got my car back ... i'm not ****ing happy ... thats putting it nicely.

now u guys who know me know i'm not easily pissed off ... this is why u should not take your car there.

1. took over 2 months to fix a back bumper.

2. and i even sourced and gave them the parts myself to fix. they did not have to find anything.

3. left my car in their front yard in the weather for 5 whole weeks doing nothing. just left it there and i came in about 2-3 times a week askin them whats going on. their reply .. you car is next.

4. car was in their garage for 2 weeks. they didnt' even touch it while it was in there for 1 week.

5. things they promised they would do for free - which is my reason for going there in the first place. they didn't even do.

6. they somehow managed to damage my front right FOCAL tweeter of my focals ... it cannot be repaired and i will go back on monday demanding money for a replacement.

7. The guy was like we tried to do as much as we can in budget and we even washed your car, **** that in their shitty powder wash. i'm going to go quick was it off now.

To put it nicely ... JV can go **** themselves i am never going there nor will i be recommending them to anyone. If i dont' get my money for the tweeter, my gf is a lawyer .. she will know what to do. I should of went somewhere else, where they treat u like a customer.

9. now there a rust spots under the red back lights where water sometimes stays ... that wasnt' there before.. they left my car in the sun for ****in 1 whole month didn't wash or anything ... **** i'm so pissed off right now ... **** you JV.

I have heard really bad things about JV Crash.. my friends mum took her car there... i think you should ring Business and Consumer Affairs and make some sort of complaint, cos I am sure you wont be the first person to complain.

u know.. the insurance company is going to send me the cheque for the fix, so guess what i'm not going to give it to them until they meet all my demands ... so whos got who by the balls now?? lets see how they like it ..

well the closer i look at what they've done the more things i see ... i won't care to list it .. i'll just go back and talk to them on monday .. and this was an insurance job .. remember when i got just before that other cruise?

I remember seeing a skyline sitting at JV's for ages and thinking to myself, I would not be happy with my car sitting out for that length of time. Sorry to hear bout your car. I agree with the consumer affair advice. The last thing we need is dodgy workshops.
