Surging Problems

Hey guys i just bought an Autech Stagea and put a K&N panel filter in it and after a few days has developed a weird surging issue as i say hold the car at 60km/h, possible oil on the afm? i cleaned them with contact cleaner seemed to fix it but now doing it again after i gave it a bit this morning.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

You over oiled the filter and its still seeping oil into the maf

was a brand new filter didn't have to oil it.

Hey again guys i've now changes coil packs, plugs, fuel filter and cleaned the afm's out for the 5 time and it is still doing it. I have come to the conclusion it has nothing to do with the filter but i can even get a dianostic tool to read the ecu to check for any problems logging in the ecu.

Any ideas?

Surging problems 99 percent of the time is fuel related. When you hold on 60kms you are effectly cruisng. The ECU at this point gets the reading from the o2 sensor. I suggest replacing that.
