I don't think it would, cause my Kakimoto Full Mega N1+ is louder than legal and mine has a resonator. Kakimoto are great! This would be perfect for someone who wants pure performance! Light weight and hardly any restrictions, looks like you get a catalytic converter with it....

This is a great price for an exhaust that would cost a bundle and a half to buy new from Japan.
