I just sold a PFC with the genuine Apexi add-on boost kit two weeks ago for $1500 - it was a couple of months old and I replaced it with a Haltech...so spewin hey.

As with the cage, NO ITS NOT CAMS APPROVED due to the diameter of the main hoop, its not thick enough..... and as with the sunroof model, all you have to do to make one of these cages fit a sunroof model Skyline, you take the feet-flange plates off, remove about 2.5 inchs off each side of the main hoop, then reattach the feet. This is because the factory sunroof in the roof lining make it all sit a little lower than the non sunroof model.
