On monday after put some fuel in my stag ,I discovered an screw in one of my tyres so on wednesday to prevent the screw to go away and finish with a flat tyre in the middle of the freeway went to TYREPOWER in Berwick ,near where I work, after taking the wheel the "efficient employee" started to try to take my centercap by smashing it from behind.

Lucky I was there to tell him that it's screw in and I have the tool, after finishing he put the wheel back and I runned back to my work place because my lunch time was over...When I got down the car took a look to my wheel ,the F%*# employee used a shorter socket to put the wheel wrecking all it's holes I know my wheels arent new but now one looks like crap(BTW I have a set Of 17" Work S2R)...after work went back there :after inspecting my $ wheels the manager asked me...Did he asked you if you have the tool?My answer was "No"...I have the tool ,but thougght these people Know their job so didn' bother.

End of the story the mannager offered me they can send the wheel to be fixed ...But Not sure it's going to finish the same color as the others(ouch) :woot:

So all this is to tell you IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR AND YOU DON'T DRIVE A FORDEN DON'T GO THERE....

The only good thing about the experience was that I discovered why my car is taller...Nismo shocks :)

If your rim doesn't come up as good as new ask for it to be replaced.

Nismo shocks won't necessarily make your car taller. My S1 is lowered 40mm on Nismo shocks ( which are actually rebadged Bilsteins). If yours are the same (i.e. rebadged Bilsteins although I note yours are red v my yellow ones) you may be able to lower your car by repositioning the circlip or by putting in different springs.

please tell me this mouth breathing waste of skin no longer has a job there?

I admire your restraint man. I would have been demanding that the usless little cretin pays for the repairs himself.

And that would be AFTER using his head for a wheel chock........

Yeah I feel for you buddy that sux, I have had the exact same thing happen to me before. This was a few years back and they were quite cheap rims but its no excuse for slack lazy bastards who have no respect for other peoples things.

it does suck, although perhaps it is a little harsh on the business to come on here telling people not to go there (can actually get in trouble with things like that if you aren't careful)

sure the employee was at fault and has caused damage to your property but in all fairness to the business, from what you have said, they did offer to repair your wheel
