hey anybody ever heard of these guys? Maximum Car Performance? http://www.xtremecarperformance.com.au/

they were selling intercooler kits on ebay. i bought one like 2 months ago, never got it and now the guy says he will refund my money but hasnt. he barely ever returns emails and the phone number doesnt seem to work. im in the US so any help you guys from down under could give me would be more than appreciated. i just want to know if this is a real place or not.

Well!! the web site exhists but they only have a post office box for an address and the phone is a mobile.........very dodgy situation. shame you didn't ask your questions before you bought

You can check to see if that ABN number does in fact belong to the same company and person via the ATO, or Australian Tax Dep't website.

You'd be looking for ABN business search etc...

I'd question that website and they people running it, they probably couldn't afford to send you the parts seeing your in the USA?

You'd have been better to goto a visable company, they don't have a shop and they are probably just running it out of a house on the Gold Coast, QLD. South of Brisbane if you want to look it up on a map.
