Thread revival time!

They're not the best looking wheels on a R33 GTS25t, but they're certainly one of the lightest and I think they look alright.

Mine in 18x9 & 18x10 +35, and the same wheel in 19" on a NSX.

CE28s??? Looks nice imo!! =)

I seriously considered CE28N, awesome looking wheel and very light.

Thanks. My new wheels are Advan RZ-DF http://www.yokohama.com.au/ADVAN-Wheels/ADVAN-RZDF.aspx

The rear 18 x 10s weigh ~7.9kg!

I took another slightly better pic.

anyone running 18x9 +15 / 18x10 +22 on their R33?

what work was needed for the guards (if any?)

but im guessing slight roll front & rear and removal of splash guard on front or tuck up higher?

whatisname; any scrubbing or guard work? my sizes are similar to yours only 10~20mm difference.

much clearance left?

Unfortunately no, Just did it for a laugh for a couple of days, then put those wheels back on my Soarer. Don't poke as much as you would think, however.

With some negative camber and a guard pull they would be workable., the top of the tread on the rear was just rubbing over big bumps, front wasnt a problem, as I had the nose sitting quite high.

The rear guards are rolled, but that's it. Fronts are untouched and I'm running brand new inner guard liners. No scrubbing at all, although there's not a lot of clearance - between the outer lip of the rim and guard, and inner lip and bottom spring platform.

thanks guys,

looks like i either a) pull guards out on rear or b) run some camber to tuck them in.

oh well, guess im stuck with the wheels.

i remember running 18x10 +35 on an R34 GTT and there was still plenty of clearance hence my reason for getting the above sizes lol
