Anyone Looking To Rent? I Have Two Rooms Available :p

Hey everyone! I have just started renting a 3 bedroom house in a quite suburb called Herne Hill, about 5 mins out of Midland.

I have two rooms available. They arent very big but would do the job (all 3 rooms are equal size)

House is a Tidy 3x1, pretty basic living with 2 acres to play with. Does have under pation parking and pets are allowed.

I have a 6 month lease and if all goes well is extendable to either another 6-12 months.

Will Have DSL going in this week with a land line also.

The best part about this is the rent costs.

Per week is 250 all up.

So if there are 2 people living thats 125 each a week or 3 equates to roughly 83 dollars. This doesnt include utilities but will be discussed. A split bond will also be paid although I have already paid this is full on my behalf.

CONDITION: Must be clean person, able to pay share of rent on time etc. Every wednesday week.
