Japanese Money Order?

Hi,

I was chatting to a guy on ICQ who has some anime cels i wanted and hes happy to send them to me if I can pay using a japanese postal money order.

Just wondering if anyone who lives over there knows if its possible to organise one over the net or something? Or has another suggestion.

paypal works fine for me..

I've ordered a few items and have had no problems, and paid various people for things with no worries. recommended..

International money orders cost around $20.00, if I remember correctly. PayPal's fees are fairly high too though - around 5%. This is charged to the recipient, however most sellers will pass it on to the buyer.

I have used paypal on a number of occasions... however, in his words "you pay me japanese money order only"

i know of someone that will get one for me, but that is $20, which is more than i have to pay him

I just paid for my skyline (!) thru ozforex.com.au.

Their fee is $20, cheaper than the $28 I was quoted by Comm Bank + they had a better exchange rate..

But if it's only a small amt I reckon either paypal, or even try exchanging it yourself and sending the Yen thru the post..
