The "skyline" Frame Between The Rear Light

Im going to insert a LED light that i will connect to the break-light, so the skylineframe will glow red when i push the brakes.

How do i split the frame ? Is it glued together ?

From what I know, it's tightly glued together. If you want the glowing effect, you must wrap the glowing led lights around the "Skyline" word and then re-attach the plastic outter cover to it again.

Not sure if this is what you want feedback on, if not - provide more details.

not sure if these threads have what your after or if you have read them already, but ive asked the same question. a couple of people have said that they got it apart (with alot of struggle) but most just cut a section out of the back part to fit the LEDs

hey mate.. these thins are very fragile (at least 11 years old now and sun damaged) so trying to separate will always end in a breakage..

Best bet is to do as many others and myself have done and just dremel out the back section and the insert the led strip..
