yes it can mate it has the proper compliancing done, which was done in around 2001.

all you would need is simply a rwc or the queensland version of a rwc and a reciept from me and you will have no problems gettin it regeoed.

mate to get the car register again you will need a Road worthy certificate from a mechanic, and go into vicroads and pay your rego.
