Rb25det Neo Safe Max Power

Hi Guys,

This has been covered alot for the rb25 but not sure if it's different for the NEO.

Just wondering how many rwkw is safe for the standard internals of an R34 GTT RB25 engine.

I have done a search and couldn't find anything specific to the NEO.

Same for the NEO - the pistons/rings are the relative weakspot and they are not majorly different so whatever you found for a normal RB25 - apply that

270-300 depending on setup, remember 300 at 40psi of boost is never going to be safe but 300 @ 17psi is going to be far safer.... its all in the tuning and relative starting health of the engine.

there are heaps of guys running 300 nowdays...

i've been on 270 for a year now, and make 311 on e85, car gets driven hard.

just have to take good care of it.... apt guages, servicing and supporting mods

Sitting on 326rwkw @18psi currently, motor seems to be handling it fine but I don't absolutely thrash it either, no skids etc.
