Removing Taillights Issues (globe Droped In)

Heyas i have lost One of my globes down the Inside of the tail light, Leaving only a small space to get in.

Well i cant get in cant think of anythin as of yet to get it or what i have.

So i thought bout pulling the taillight out put upside an comes out,

So i go to take it out, remove trim, remove bolts, then i see the black silcone/glue around the inside.

What excacly is this an can i just knife a line in it then it will pop out?

Any help would be handy as i dont wanna go pulling a pushing hard an somethin to break,

should just be bolted in, if there is glue there just peel it away and replace it afterwards

Did you try, or is there room for a magnetic pick up tool?

Fixed this problem , didnt take ou the tail light in the end, just use a small saw blade i had an blue tac on the end an got it out.
