the rattle/grind noise is the clutch thrust bearing, replace it when you do the clutch

yeah i agree all the stories i hear about the exedy ones seem to make you want to go with the autoclutch one, a little more expensive but if you are gonna fork for it, you might as well get one that wont slip yeah

c-red also do the same ones that auto clutch does i think??
