Nasty My Stagea Has Got Cancer!

While i was washing my car today i noticed a tiny rust patch under the drivers side mirror, ive heard this is a common problem in stags. I was wondering what can be done to stop this spreading and if anyone knows how to remove the mirror so i can so how far it extends.

check the rubber seals around the door handles also, i got brown stains :S

and my strut towers !!!! makes me sick thinking about it
