How To Break In A 2-way Diff

I have read some about this, but im not sure that i get it right..

okey..im going to drive in a 8 figure for 30 mins.

The part i dont understand is when to clutch down! Should i clutch down where my 8 is red, and clutch out when it gets blue ?

..some noises are normal, because the clutchplate rub against eachother ?

I have an cusco rs 2way..but the manual came in japaneese, dont understand anything! Anyone know what kind of oil cusco recomends ?

you clutch in before you turn the wheel and clutch out after you straighten up

i did 40 mins for my nismo diff and it worked a treat
