Boost Level

hi I was wondering if i could raise my boost level up to .85 bar without a tune

you need

fuel pump (required)

intercooler (excessive heat intake, not required, but a good idea)

piggyback or stand alone or remap (youll encounter standard protection if you dont)

exhaust (dont need, but a good idea)

and it sohuld be fine

yeah u can do anything u want.

but if u want ur car to survive would be best to put on dyno and see what its doing

i was running 0.85bar with bigger fuel pump and no tune on my stock R34 turbo and it was fine. Was even doing ok before I installed the fuel pump.

i have the same question- i have done some research though

12psi is pushing it- 10psi is ok. your turbo can handle 13-14psi max before it WILL blow but they are cheap as chips now day.

I reckon that a turbo back exhaust and a cooler is a must!! and if u want 12psi then get a fuel pump too. Stock setting on the ecu should be good for 10psi, but this is from research! Can anyone confirm this?
