hi, i wnt to no any one no what can be wrong wit my r33 , it's water pipes burst so i fixed it, i then noticed that there was white smoke comin from the exhust, on idle and drive it dosent go away,the oil is now empty as it leaked straight out .the colour was dark but u could see coolant in it, slso the car is hard to start and then it sits on a very ruff idle, i also noticed light amount of white smoke comin from turbo area

please help its driving me crazy

sounds like the seals are gone on your turbo. Take it back to your mechanic to make sure.

can over boost cause this, i never checked the boost when i bought the car yesterday, but noticed later when happined that it was sitting on 18psi

sadly what you have described is the text book symptoms of a blown head gasket. what's happened is when your coolant pipe has failed your engine has overheated and the head is most likely warped and the head gasket has blown. this is why you are getting white smoke and coolant in your oil and oil in your coolant. sorry mate but the engine is gone, it's not the turbo.
