symptom:

The clutch pedal is dull and very easy to press in, but its difficult to get it in gear.

The clutch is not slipping, its an nismoclutch that have run about 10.000km now.

I cant find any leaking clutchfluid.

Have tried to bleed the system, there was no air in it.

Master or slave sylinder thats is gone ?

Sometimes its crunch when im shifting. Special from 1. gear to 2. gear, but i think the crunch is because i cant get the clutch to release 100%.

I`ve hear that i can change the clutchfluid out with atf oil (thicker oil) if there is a minor leckage.

Do i have to take the gearbox out to fix the synchro ? Is there any howto ?

same probs here.only develop this after clutch change. it was good for 5k now its a bitch to drive. If i disengage the clutch too much the rpm drops to 400rpm. need to get it fix a.s.a.p. Just wondering if its the fluid level coz i've never asked if they drain out the oil when they did the clutch. i saw my g/b was on the floor when the dismantled it and put in the new clutch so i assumed somehow some fluid was lost.

they shouldnt hav touched the gearbox oil as there is no need to wen doing a clutch (if done correctly anyway)

i would tend to go mastercylinder if your definately not getting an external leak.... if ur slave cylinder was leaking it only has one seal would show up externally.....

get ur mastercylinder done and put good fluid in there....

also replacing a syncro is no easy feet...... apart from getting ur hands on a manaul to show u how u need a hydraulic press with the right bits, and the right tools to get the gears off the shaft in order to change the syncro....

stick to the cheaper fix first...... try and get the clutch problem sorted
