Help with COD

I know this is goig to sound stupid but how does COD work?

Where do i have to go if i want to have parts shipped interstate and how much do these things usually cost?

I think you can do it through Australia Post. Just rock up to a Post office and fill out the forms.

cash on delivery , yeah go to Australia post fill out couple of forms they ship out the goods to receiver. receiver doesn’t have the cash on the day of delivery you get it back (sender gets notified via mail of delivery arrival at nearest post office)
