The plastic bracet that holds the bonet release handle above your right leg when in the drivers seat...mine is broken  What are the chances of finding one? lol, it's not DESPERATE, but currently it's held in place with some zip-ties...the cable may also need replacement, as it feels very tight when you pull the handle, though that's more than likely caused by the current setup.

If you have one spare and don't mind parting with it, name your price :P

Thanks.

The bracket comes attached to the cable (as far as I know), I dont think that there is any way to get it off... You will probably have to buy a new cable (from Nissan - meaning $$$$).

Otherwise, just make up a bracket yourself to suit out of sheet steel or alloy, drill some holes in it, paint it black and Bob's your uncle. :)

Hi Troy, as bullet32 has said, the cable is attached to the plastic bracket and a new cable needs to be sourced in order to fix this problem, it is also a major f**k around and does cost a few bucks for something thats not a big issue!

Just always remember to push the cable back when you pop the bonnet and you'll be set!
