so do u just cut liek a square of a bit of can then do the bolts up and sandwich it in between?

good results?

its simple.

get any metal, cut it into the shape of the flange of the bov, drill 2 holes for the bolts. then put it between the bov and intake pipe.

All it does is stop the bov from venting the air back into the intake pipe, so yes you will get good results

i love sau, a question is ask then people feel the need to add their 2 cents about why they think its gay or similar.

it takes less effort to not post or read the topic

1 - It is gay.

2 - If it was meant to sound like that, they would.

3 - If anything, like I said it slows the turbo down unnecessarily & could cause damage to it, so why would you want to do that.

4 - It is gay.

For the record my car has wicked turbo flutter, but that's due to the size of the damn thing & possibly a crappy bov that will be getting replaced soon once I find a decent replacement. That sort of flutter sounds good, not stock turbo spec flutter that sounds like sin.

For f**ks sake man....

Yes you can put a piece of aluminium can in between the flange connection if you want, so that the air returns back through the turbo just to create a bit of noise.

I can also drive my car off a cliff if I wanted to, but it doesn't make it a good idea. That's my point, I don't give a f**k what you do to your car, but I'd like people to show just a bit of common sense if they are thinking about doing something with a negative impact.

so flutter is gay... EXCEPT if its YOUR bigger turbo?

and if its slowing the turbo down, and damaging it like you claim, why do you let yours do it?
