To be honest Matt, I've never put one in, but the Walbro's fit both so I can't see why the 040's would be any different. Can anyone confirm?

use a hose clamp to attach Bosch pump to original plastic clip and clip it into bucket as per the stock pump.

Yes they are, I have seen them develop over 320kW at the wheels on pump fuel, as for injectors, well that's up to you!
