OK quick question to the pros,

What would be best option ?

I have basic mods...3",pod, FMIC, 12lb (man boost cont)

It runs well, bit rich and not a real smooth power curve.

I am limited in funds

I have the option of a Blitz stage 1 ECU direct swap OR

a SAFC.

What do you guys reckon would give me the most benefits

with regard to smoothing out the curve, and increasing power.

I might add, If I would definately have to pay someone to retune the SAFC

then pls let me know as I have to weigh it up in the price

ECU $660

SAFC $250 Tune?? $500??

Any fast help would be greatly appreciated as I have sellers waiting

You have to ask yur tuner first if they tune that particular ECU first, PFC's are usually cheaper to tune because most workshops have worked with them before, whereas the Blitz unit im not too sure.

id just go with the stock ecu you have, saves $ and get an SAFC

and tune that, you should be able to buy an SAFC for sub $300 ish? and tune of it should be sub $250 ?

its like a few load points and a quick dyno run. hardly a lengthly exercise
