Gtr Front Mount. Paint Strip Of Spray Paint.

Wanna give my gtr intercooler a silver finish. Whats the best option. clean it and spray it silver/ chrome or attack it with paint stripper then polish it??? few ideas would be great.

Thanks for your help mate. Im lookin for a polished finish so i will go with the paint thinners and see how good i can clean it up if it looks crap then i will spray

After taking away the black paint, get some Mothers Metal Polish down at Auto Barn and start rubbing it in and wipe off and it will come up nice!

Well have to say it was a pain in the rear but i got the job done. Gotta love paint stripper in a spray can does the job great. Car looks heaps better now with a silver cooler. Thanks for the comments it helped.

Glad it came up good for u Brent.. U gonna get the polish onto it? I'll bring my camera round one day or we can meet up somewhere and take some nice pics of it.. Maybe at the creek if we end up going.
