How Many Psi Is The Hks Actuator On The Hks 2835 Pro S?

hey guys,

as in topic what the stanard hks actuator set at on a 2835 pro s??

also how many psi can i tweak out the diaphram to cope with without getting boost creep or spiking?

want to know whether to upgrade to a bigger/better actuator or not.

I have a feeling they come with a minimum 14psi actuator though.

If its the same as the GTRS actuator it's ment to be 1-1.1bar.

The very actuator you have opened at 1 bar. We tested it with the air compressor when I first bought it. I'd suggest going for a 19psi actuator although a bit pricey - that was what I was intending to do if I kept developing that car. It's an easy swap regardless when on the car - probably better to drive it as is and see what you think.

What boost controller are you using? Mine dropped off in the higher rev just like grepin's did years ago.

have you adjusted the actuator to take 20psi?

is it possible to adjust the hks actuator to take more then 1 bar without spiking or anything?

actuator is set to 15 psi (as i need this setting for e85 track work)

boost controller is a blitz dsbc spec s (single solenoid)

after my initial boost spike os 21 psi (deliberate) then it holds 19 psi for most of the way, dropping off to 18 by the end
